MISSION STATEMENT - Mother Teresa Catholic Community
Mother Teresa Parish comprises an area of 40 square miles which includes the communities of North Sioux City, McCook Lake, Dakota Dunes, Deer Run and Wynstone in the Diocese of Sioux Falls.
Mother Teresa is a welcoming Catholic Community called by God's love and led by the Holy Spirit on a journey of spiritual growth. We strive to live the Gospel in the spirit of Mother Teresa and to grow in the likeness of Christ. We fulfill our mission through the celebration of the sacraments, Christian education, community celebrations of faith, sharing our gifts and talents, ministering to one another, serving the needs of others as Christ did, and supporting everyone who enters this faith community. We are a spiritual center for all people, through every stage of life, with developing ministries of service to others. |
